Primary Health Care Services

Our Primary Health Care Team provides primary health care, illness and disease prevention and health education services to vulnerable immigrants and refugees of all ages who live in the City of Toronto. We also work in our local communities with people who are affected by the social determinants of health, which often include poverty, racialization of poverty, lack of status and health insurance, and other barriers.

We are committed to providing culturally sensitive and language accessible health care to disadvantaged refugees and newcomers to Canada. Clients are referred to us from immigrant and refugee serving organizations and through our outreach work in recently established communities.

Registered patients at Access Alliance can now book, change or cancel an appointment online with our practitioners using the online OCEAN platform. You can find a list of practitioners who accept online bookings here along with a link to book your next appointment.

If you need to cancel or change an appointment with a practitioner who uses OCEAN please click this link: OCEAN online booking platform.
