An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Monday and Friday, repeating until March 29, 2027
This hybrid class is perfect for beginners and those who prefer a seated experience. Regular seated yoga practice improves your flexibility, strength, and balance while also reducing stress.
You can attend either sessions in-person or online, Registration is required.
