[CANCELLED] Cardio & Resistance Mix (55yrs+)

This class will use bodyweight exercises and resistance bands to engage in interval training. Focus on cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. A perfect environment for newcomer seniors to get in shape and meet other seniors.
