This class goes through breathing exercises and promotes awareness of the body and mind. Tai Chi forms are used to warm-up the body and promote awareness of breath. Participants are guided through mindfulness meditation and full body stretches. To register and to learn more, contact seniors@accessalliance.ca

The Community Lunch Program is a food access and socializing initiative that offers a free weekly home-cooked, healthy and nutritious meal.
