Seniors Balance Basics Exercises (Age 55+)

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 31, 2026

 

This class includes the use of bodyweight exercises and light bands to engage in a low-impact body workout, focuses on muscular endurance, balance, coordination and falls prevention.
