Hijabs and Helmets (H & H) is a program to promote cycling and physical activity amongst the newcomer Hijabi communities in Toronto. Activities include group rides and Learn-to-Ride workshops.

H & H creates a comfortable and supportive space for hijabis and their allies to grow cycling skills and explore the city.
