Nesting Grounds are weekly community arts workshops to support the mental well being of newcomer community members of all ages. It brings arts and mental health practice together to promote sustainable techniques for mental well being. Everyone is welcomed! To register, please click here.

This class goes through breathing exercises and promotes awareness of the body and mind. Tai Chi forms are used to warm-up the body and promote awareness of breath. If you are pregnant and looking for services, the CPNP/EYHBHB program provides weekly workshops and discussions about how to have a healthy baby. The AccessPoint on Danforth dietitian attends every 2nd Tuesday of the month to provide nutritional information for a healthy pregnancy. All sessions take place over Zoom.
