Are you 65 years or older, and wanting to stay fit and healthy as you age? Join us to fine-tune your nutrition and fitness practices. Registration is required. Priority given to newcomers to Canada. This class goes through breathing exercises and promotes awareness of the body and mind. Tai Chi forms are used to warm-up the body and promote awareness of breath.
