Newcomer Seniors’ Tai Chi, Mindfulness, Meditation and Stretch (Age 55+) (Virtual/Online)

Grow your awareness of your body and mind as you’re guided through mindfulness meditation tai chi forms and full body stretches. Online classes are only available to registered clients.
