Bengali Seniors Fitness Group (55yrs+)
Come join out new exercise class offered to seniors and older adults from the Bengali Community! The class will help you improve cardiovascular health, strength, balance, and mobility through a variety of exercises and activities.
We will be playing traditional and contemporary bengali music and popular bollywood beats. Instruction will be offered in English with Bengali language translation during the first two opening sessions.
