This class goes through breathing exercises and promotes awareness of the body and mind. Tai Chi forms are used to warm-up the body and promote awareness of breath. If you are pregnant and looking for services, the CPNP/EYHBHB program provides weekly workshops and discussions about how to have a healthy baby. The AccessPoint on Danforth dietitian attends every 2nd Tuesday of the month to provide nutritional information for a healthy pregnancy. All sessions take place over Zoom.
