SENIORS’ CARDIO & RESISTANCE

This class will use bodyweight exercises and resistance bands to engage in interval training. Focus on cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. A perfect environment for newcomer seniors to get in shape and meet other seniors. For further information contact seniors@accessalliance.ca
