How to transfer a photo or file to a staff person at Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services
- To submit your photo or document privately and securely to a staff person at Access Alliance, click here and you will be redirected to the Access Alliance Ocean portal
- The window that opens will prompt you to log in with your name, health number (OHIP or IFH), and date of birth:
