If you are a woman who would like to connect with others\, talk and be creative\, please join our upcoming virtual expressive arts series! \nAt each session\, we will facilitate expressive arts practices and provide opportunities to share stories\, connect with others and be creative.  Expressive arts practices can help reduce anxiety\, social isolation and stress.
