DESCRIPTION:May (PRE-SCREEN); June (Education); July (POST SCREEN) \nAre you 65 years or older? Do you wonder if you are at risk for malnutrition? Join us for this six-week program designed to prevent malnutrition in seniors. In this program you will complete the SCREEN survey (Seniors in the Community Risk Evaluation for Eating and Nutrition) to determine if you are at low\, medium or high risk of malnutrition. Over 4 sessions our Registered Dietitian will walk you through nutrition education about common diet problems faced by seniors.
