Your Brain on Food – Nutrition Education Series
In this 6-week program we will explore the connections between the food we eat and the health of our brain. We will also look at the latest scientific research on nutrition and the brain. All participants will receive a workbook to complete weekly assignments. The goal is for you to leave the program with a step-by-step plan to help you get started to eat better for your mental heath.
