Virtual Expressive Arts Program for Women
Mental health has been a “shadow pandemic” affecting everyone, especially people who are socially isolated. If you are a woman who would like to connect with others, talk and be creative, please join our upcoming virtual expressive arts series!
At each session, we will facilitate expressive arts practices and provide opportunities to share stories, connect with others and be creative. Expressive arts practices can help reduce anxiety, social isolation and stress. We hope you join us and look forward to creating with you!
Art supply packages can be delivered to your home, or picked up at an Access Alliance location. Language interpretation is available.
