An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until September 25, 2020

In standing positions, this class will take you through slow and controlled movements while focusing on mindful breathing. The flow of movements promotes balance, mobility and awareness of body stress. Inspired by  TaiChi, Kung Fu and Qigong techniques.
