An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until September 29, 2020

In mixed seated and standing positions, you will go through slow and controlled movements in a fixed sequence. Benefits include improved health, relief of stress and the promotion of concentrated relaxation. This session is inspired by yoga and pilates techniques in a seated environment.
