An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Tuesday and Friday, repeating until July 30, 2021

Growing Stronger together. This class focuses on using bodyweight movements and resistance bands to increase/main your strength, balance and coordination. Weekly classes will focus on difference muscle groups and you’ll become more confident as you learn proper technique and form.
