An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until November 30, 2020

Get your groove on. In this exercise class, you will incorporate body weight movements in set intervals to promote cardio respiratory fitness. Dance to old classics or recent hits in a continuous and rhythmic manner. Classes are taught online and facilitated by a Registered Kinesiologist.
