This is a FUN 6-week cooking program to teach you how to make lots of dietitian-approved delicious desserts using whole food ingredients! These desserts won’t just taste good they will be nutritious for you! You will also learn how to make substitutions in some of your favourite recipes e.g. make your own “flax-eggs”!
