Newcomers Cooking Together –Brain Health Edition
This is a 6-week cooking program to teach clients about what to eat to positively effect brain health and improve mental wellness. Each week will cover a brain healthy theme and challenge! Leafy Greens Challenge; Fermented Foods Challenge; Beans, Nuts & Seeds Challenge; Eat A Rainbow Challenge etc.
