An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 29, 2025

This class goes through breathing exercises and promotes awareness of the body and mind. Tai Chi forms are used to warm-up the body and promote awareness of breath. Participants are guided through mindfulness meditation and full body stretches.
