An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 4, 2020

This group is for folks struggling with anxiety and uncertainty during these challenging times. We will be doing movement exercises, group meditation and collective breathing. There will also be an opportunity to connect with others as we are all experiencing varying levels of isolation.
