Mind Body Healing for Insomnia Therapy Group
This group will take place on the APOD rooftop, as well as in the APOD community program rooms. The mind-body healing for insomnia group uses various cognitive and behavioral strategies, as well as mindfulness practices to optimize your sleep. You will be learning about stress responses in the body related to trauma, anxiety, and/ depression. Through this group you can expect to receive a better night’s sleep.
