An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating until February 27, 2023

This group will take place in the College site community kitchen. The mind-body healing for insomnia group uses various cognitive and behavioral strategies, as well as mindfulness practices to optimize your sleep.  You will be learning about stress responses in the body related to trauma, anxiety, and/ depression.  Through this group you can expect to receive a better night’s sleep.
