Hybrid Seated Yoga – In-person & Zoom (55yrs+)
This is a hybrid class where a group will be meeting in-person at AccessPoint on Jane and another group will be joining virtually through Zoom. This class goes through a series of stretches using a chair in seated and standing positions. We will focus on building flexibility, mobility, and balance.
