I Belong Here! (Newcomer High School Youth)

I Belong Here, is a cultural integration program designed to promote social and community integration for newcomer high school youth to Canada through hands workshops, karaoke night designed to sing in your native language, and filed trips. High school youth who participate will increase their knowledge about life in Canada, leading to a greater sense of belonging in their community while making new friends along the way and promoting cultural exchange through the songs they sing.

• Preparing for Life after high school
• Rites of passage in Canadian society: Getting your driver’s license (study group for the theory test prep (16+)
