Healthy Eating for Seniors (65years+)
Are you 65 years or older? Do you wonder if you are at risk for malnutrition? Join us for this six-session program designed to help you eat healthy for your age. In this program you will complete a survey to determine your malnutrition risk score (low, medium or high risk). Over 4 sessions our Registered Dietitian will walk you through nutrition education about diet recommendations for seniors, and how to overcome some of the challenges. The goal is that you will leave the program with a step-by-step plan to help you get started on making your diet the healthiest it can be to keep you strong and healthy as you age.
