An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until November 21, 2023
The expressive arts program, HEAL, is developed to identify effective arts activities to improve the mental health and well-being of newcomer women survivors of domestic based violence. The HEAL program uses visual arts, movement, music, storytelling and much more to explore self-care, healthy relationships, safety and your Rights in Canada. For Dari/Farsi Speakers, the program will be hosted in partnership The Neighbourhood Group.
