DESCRIPTION:The expressive arts program\, HEAL\, is developed to identify effective arts activities to improve the mental health and well-being of newcomer women survivors of domestic based violence. The HEAL program uses visual arts\, movement\, music\, storytelling and much more to explore self-care\, healthy relationships\, safety and your Rights in Canada.
