Feel Good Foods: Eating for Easy Digestion – Nutrition Education Sessions (Virtual)
Is your digestion causing you problems? Do you love food but suffer pain or discomfort after eating? If so, this program is for you! Over five weeks, a Registered Dietitian will walk you through everything you need to know about digestion health from mouth to…well….the other end. We will cover digestion anatomy, and diet tips for managing acid reflux, stomach pain, gas, bloating, IBS, constipation and/or diarrhea. Through group conversation and activities in a workbook, we will explore the connections between the food we eat and the way our body feels. The goal is that you will leave the program with a step-by-step plan to help you get started to feeling better after eating.
