An event every week that begins at 11:15 am on Monday, repeating until March 31, 2024

This class will use bodyweight exercises and resistance bands to engage in interval training. Focus on cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. A perfect environment for newcomer seniors to get in shape and meet other seniors.
