Cardio and Resistance Training (55yrs+)

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until March 28, 2022

Move to the beat of the music! Following a warmup, participants will engage in body weight exercises in set intervals to promote cardiorespiratory fitness. Exercises promote healthy hearts.
