Opportunities to grow and learn through work

When Anabela Azevedo started working at Access Alliance as a receptionist in September 1991, she had a Grade 12 education, a knack for organization and efficiency, and a desire to help others. Over the years at Access Alliance, she was encouraged to move into positions with more responsibility, get training and certification, and eventually, take on a role that uses her skills and abilities to the fullest.
