It can be written! A video! You can share photographs! You can make audio! A song! A haiku!
If it relates to Access Alliance and to you send it in!
Access Alliance first opened its doors in 1989, and by employing evidence-based practice, has worked to ensure that some of Toronto’s most vulnerable communities have had access to high-quality primary health care within an integrated system of care. Today, the organization has three sites and works collaboratively with many organization’s across the city of Toronto, to provide primary care and community services that address the complex needs of Toronto’s diverse communities.
We will commemorate the year with a series of events, initiatives, and programs, aimed at celebrating the diversity of our clients and the unique contribution that Access Alliance has made to the city of Toronto.
